OneVision
Employing nearly 450 people, One Vision is a charitable organization with a mission of supporting individual choice by providing services that lead to greater purpose and independence.
One Vision is based in Clear Lake, Iowa but their services reach into more than 30 local communities, and they serve individuals from throughout Iowa. They provide a caring, supportive atmosphere for more than 400 people who receive one or more types of service from One Vision. Ages range from children to senior citizens. Disabilities include intellectual disabilities, mental illness, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, brain injury, autism, and more. One Vision services are accredited by The Council for Quality and Leadership (CQL) and currently has a 3-year accreditation, the highest level possible.
