Today, Dean Snyder Construction (DSC) has grown to include ATURA architecture, providing design and architectural services to the public and private sectors in Iowa and our DSC Industrial Group, experts dedicated to design, project management, and construction in the food & beverage processing industry.
Established in 1958, Dean Snyder started this construction company in Clear Lake concentrating on residential work with a house that still stands today. In 2020, they extended ownership to their 200+ employees, rewarding them for their contribution to the company’s growth and success through the years with the creation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
